When Will My Hoodie Ship?
This is a pre-order because our last run sold out. Pre-orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks, in the order they were placed. We email your tracking link the moment yours leaves us, and shipping is free and tracked worldwide.
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?
Yes. Email us any time before your hoodie ships and we refund you in full. No reason needed.
How Does The Headphone Hood Work?
A thin zip runs ear to ear across the top of the hood. Open it, slide your headphones in so they sit over your ears, then zip it shut. It works with most over ear and on ear headphones.
How Does It Fit?
It is an oversized, boxy fit with a dropped shoulder. Take your usual size for the slouchy look, or size down for a closer fit. Not sure? Email us your height and usual size and we will tell you.
How Do I Wash It?
Turn it inside out, close the zips, wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang it to dry. No tumble dryer and no iron on the logos.
Is It A Good Gift?
It is the one she has been sending you on Instagram. If you are buying it for someone else, we leave the price off the packing slip.
What If It Does Not Fit?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Unworn with its tags on, you can exchange it for another size or send it back for a refund. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free.
